Many (if not most) SMBs don't really know what works when it comes to advertising. Many SMBs can't afford an Ad agency or other professional marketing help and are forced to do their own creative work. 1) Starting the Process: Research and Strategy Development
Working with our Association Partner and select Association Members recommended by association management, the InstantExpert(sm) research staff conducts in-depth, customer analysis to determine the demographic profiles of the actual purchasers of their members’ products or services over the past twelve months. This allows us to work with a market sample of no less than 2,000 client records (more if made available) from at least 20 member companies in a representative geographic sample, conducting the following research:
• Weeks 1-4: Household Level Data Mining & Primary Purchasing Groups.
• Weeks 2 -5 - Special Offer Creation.
• Weeks 4 -5 - Search Engine Demand.
2) Media RFP (Request for Proposal)
The research allows us to package information on the Primary Purchasing Group Profiles with "approved" Special Offer Concepts into a Media Request for Proposal (RFP).
3) Advertising Package Creation & Tracking Tools
Media Partners will create pre-packaged advertising solutions, designed to work for Primary Purchasing Group Profiles determined by the research and Offer Concepts described in the RFP. The packages are then made available for review and purchase by members.
4) Research Availability: Nationwide Promotion & Branding for Association
Once the reports are complete and the advertising packages made available, InstantExpert’s staff will assemble the findings and press-release announcements making the White Paper available to the press and industry professionals as a co-branded report, presented by the Association and InstantExpert(sm).

Sponsorship Revenue for the Association:
Just as they do now, member companies will continue to purchase the advertising they select. With InstantExpert(sm) they will do so through our online-interface with the ease of a one-stop-shop for all media types and often at a discounted rate negotiated by InstantExpert(sm) for members. We expect, in many cases, that by switching to the InstantExpert(sm) method of purchasing advertising, many members may actually experience a decrease in actual dollars spent on advertising due to group discounts and better performing packages.
Our Trade Association Partner receives a "co-op marketing" sponsorship fee on every media dollar spent through the InstantExpert(sm) platform. This fee is paid quarterly directly to the Association by our Media Partners.
No Sponsorship Cap:
Revenue participation is based on the Association Partner's ongoing efforts to provide InstantExpert(sm) traditional and non-traditional avenues of member outreach that may include access to members via conferences and trade shows, newsletters, trade magazine participation, email, and direct mail, etc.
Because the sponsorship fee is paid based on our success at effectively acquiring participating members we have aligned the fee structure by industry type and regions served by a particular Association Partner.
The more members participating on the platform by way of advertising and lead processing from your geographic service area, the larger the fees grow. State and National associations stand to earn substantially larger sponsorship fees than local or regional partners.
